COVID Vaccine Guidelines in the Workplace: Odisha
On 25th May, 2021, the Government of Odisha introduced guidelines relating to COVID-19 vaccination at government and private workplaces.
Phase 3 COVID vaccination for 18 to 44 year age group has started in Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation from 1st May, 2021. Vaccination started in Cuttack, Berhampur, Rourkela and Sambalpur from 11th May.
1) Private Hospitals and Industrial Establishments can procure vaccines directly from Manufacturers.
2) Family members and dependents of the workers in private workplaces are also eligible COVID-19 vaccination.
3) In Govt. workplaces, beneficiaries 45 years and above may be covered through a Govt. of India vaccine supply and 18-44 years may be covered through the State Government.
