Recording patient details for children: Madhya Pradesh

On 11th June, 2021, the Government of Madhya Pradesh directed hospitals to record the details of guardians/relatives, patient relationship, address and mobile number. This is for the purpose of providing these details to children whose parents died due to COVID-19 in the hospital
