Meghalaya: Special Drive to identify vulnerable sections of society

On 15th June, 2021, the Government decided to launch a Special Drive to identify the weakest and vulnerable sections of society such as street dwellers/rag pickers/hawkers/migrant labourers/homeless persons/commercial sex workers and persons with disabilities.

The inclusion of these people into the NFSA shall be done after verification where they have to submit Aadhaar/EPIC.
