Puducherry amends the Puducherry Municipalities (Prevention of Infection and control of Corona Virus Disease COVID-19) Rules, 2020

On 15th May, 2021 the Government of Puducherry issued an amendment to the Puducherry Municipalities (Prevention of Infection and control of Corona Virus Disease COVID-19) Rules, 2020. In the Rules after clause (vii), under sub rule 3, the following clause shall be inserted-

“Violating the lockdown order by stepping out of the home without any valid reason/ without identity card”
