Three-Tier Structure to prevent hospitals from overcharging COVID patients

On 26th April, 2021, the Andhra Pradesh Government introduced a three-tier structure to manage COVID:

1) At a District level, the Collector will divide private hospitals into clusters and appoint a District Level Officer to inspect the hospitals, and take action on complaints.

2)A District Level Flying Squad will inspect hospitals and ensure that they are following Government Guidelines

3) A State Level Task Force Committee will monitor the above
