Manipur issues directive to doctors to remain alert ‘round the clock’

On 12th May, 2021 the Government of Manipur issued an order stating that all public health facilities were to remain alert round the clock to meet the health emergencies. All doctors and health staff shall always remain in their places of duty without fail to meet medical emergencies round the clock.

“In other words, day-wise duty roster system is strictly prohibited for doctors and health staff.”
