J&K High Court directs UT to take immediate steps towards vaccination of differently abled persons

On 30th June, 2021 the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir acknowledged that persons who are differently abled were required to be treated as a special category, particularly with regard to vaccinations against COVID-19. The High Court therefore directed the Union Territory to take effective steps for their vaccination as per the guidelines of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
