A sum of Rs. 50,000/- to members having taxable income of less than Rs. 5 Lacs in any Assessment Years between 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19.

(In the second category, if the ITR is not readily available, a self-declaration form may be attached clearly stating that the applicant's income is less than 5 lakh in any of the assessment years. However, in such case, an amount of Rs. 25,000/- will be disbursed immediately and the balance will be disbursed after due verification.)
