Kerala passes orders for reduction in rent during the pandemic

On 19th May, 2021 the Government of Kerala passed an order for relaxation and reduction in rent for establishments which were unable to function due to the lockdown. This is applicable to all buildings under Panchayat/ Municipality and Municipal Corporation.
