Delhi High Court to resume physical delivery of summons/ notices from 20th Sep, 2021

The Court had temporarily amended physical mode of service of notice, summons and daks by permitting the same to be effected through email, fax or Whatsapp. The same has been withdrawn and the conventional method of delivery has been restored with effected from 20th September, 2021.
