Karnataka Govt. caps price of HRCT and digital X ray for COVID patients.

On 8th May, 2021 the Government of Karnataka issued a circular capping the price of HRCT’s and digital X-rays for COVID patients.

The prices have been given below-

  1. Rs. 1,500/- for patients having BPL cards (including consumables, sanitisation etc.) per patient (all ages)

  2. Rs. 2,500/- for other patients (including consumables, sanitisation etc.) per patient (all ages)

This shall be applicable to all Private Diagnostic Centres, Private Medical Establishments, Scanning centres etc.
