Madras HC: Vaccinate all transgender persons within 3 months

The High Court at Madras was hearing a writ petition with regard to the vaccination of transgender persons wherein they held that-

  1. It will be open to the State to provide special windows to transgenders or other classes of persons at any place or places so that such vulnerable sections receive their vaccinations as expeditiously as possible.

  2. Transgenders would all be vaccinated within a period of three months from date
